Refund & Return Policy
We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their new carpet, both in appearance and installation. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
What Can Be Returned
Standard-size carpets and rugs may be returned if:
- They have not been cut, fitted, or altered in any way
- They are unused and in new condition
- They are returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery
- They are in the same condition as received
What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-sized or made-to-order carpets
- Carpets that have been cut, fitted, altered, or show signs of use
- Clearance items or items marked as final sale
How to Return an Item
As we do not accept online orders, all returns must be arranged directly through our store or by phone. Items can be returned in person, or we can help arrange a collection—charges may apply depending on the location and size of the carpet.
Please note: We do not offer free return collection for fitted or oversized carpets.
Refunds
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process usually takes 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

- Your name and date of purchase
- A brief description of the item
- Reason for return
- (Optional) A photo of the item to help us assess the issue
