At St. John’s Carpets, we believe a good carpet does more than finish a room—it makes a house feel like home. Founded by Colin Johnson in Liverpool in 2012, we’re a small local team proud to help our neighbours bring warmth and quality to their floors.

Boss Man Colin

Colin started St. John’s Carpets over 12 years ago and has been the heart and soul of the business ever since. A true professional and master carpet fitter, he’s known for his hard work, attention to detail, and just being an all-round decent guy. Colin’s the kind of person who always puts others first—and treats every home like it’s his own.

When he’s not fitting carpets to perfection, you’ll probably find him cheering on Liverpool FC or sneaking in a round of golf (when he gets the rare chance!). Friendly, respectful, and incredibly dedicated—Colin is the driving force behind everything we do.

Mark the Rockin' Salesman

Mark’s one of our top salesmen—and probably the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door. Chatty, down-to-earth, and great at building real connections, he’s all about helping you find the right carpet without the hard sell.

When he’s not in the shop, Mark’s drumming up a storm to classic rock tunes or hanging out with Milo, his cheeky little Shih Tzu.

Digital Jamie – Marketing and Website

Jamie leads the rebrand, designed the new website, and manages all the marketing behind the scenes. Focused and detail-oriented, Jamie makes sure everything runs smoothly online and helps keep the business connected with customers.

When not working, Jamie enjoys playing and singing music with friends, writing songs, and is a big fan of the Lord of the Rings.

Meet Lewis – The Next Generation

At just 19, Lewis is the newest member of the team—and he's already proving himself to be a reliable and hardworking part of the crew. Easygoing, focused, and always up for helping out, he brings a calm energy to the shop (and keeps us all feeling a bit younger).
