Fitting & Installation
Do you fit carpets in my area?
Yes—we offer professional carpet fitting across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, and North Wales.
How soon can you fit my carpet after purchase?
Fitting times vary depending on availability, but we usually aim to fit within a week. We’ll confirm a date when you order.
Do you remove old carpets or move furniture?
Yes—we can arrange to uplift old flooring and move furniture if needed. Just let us know beforehand so we can include it in your quote.
Payments & Guarantees
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments in-store.
Do you offer any guarantees or warranties?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
We usually ask for a deposit when you place your order, with the remaining balance due after fitting is completed.
